In other words… profit is not what’s left over. Profit comes first.

This system didn’t magically make my business profitable.

What it did do was force me to look at my numbers every single week and make smarter, data-based decisions.

And when you remove your profit first, something interesting happens…
You’re forced to run a smarter, leaner, and more efficient business.

Profit First doesn’t make your business profitable.

It reveals whether your business actually is profitable.
